Please note that cancellations must be made before 48 hours of the scheduled service date. Failure to do so will result in a 50% cancellation fee based on the total service cost and forfeit of deposit. Thank you for your understanding. ♡ Appointment Change If you need to change the type of appointment you booked, please message or text me at least 72 hours in advance. This allows me to accommodate your request and offer the time slot to other clients if necessary. ♡ Late Arrival If you anticipate being late, please let me know as soon as possible. A 15-minute grace period is allowed tor unexpected delays. After that, a $15 late fee will apply. Arrivals 10 minutes past the grace period will be considered a cancellation, and the standard cancellation policy will take effect. ♡ Deposit Deposits are non-refundable but can be transterred one time to a different appointment if done 72 hours prior to your scheduled service. ♡ Refund I do not offer refunds for completed services. If you're unsatisfied with your service, please let me know within 48 hours of your appointment, and I'll gladly provide a complimentary adjustment within that week to address the specific concern.
